During my time in the public schools, I discovered the magic that quirky, spirited storybook characters can bring to the lives of young children. Inspired by this laughter and joy, a cool kitty named Noodles was born!"
LIUBOV PORHOVELOVA, ILLUSTRATOR
Liubov is an artist from Odessa, Ukraine. A medical worker and biologist by first education, but a passion for drawing and creativity led her to become a professional artist. Children's book illustration is the main direction of her self-development. Liubov became an art teacher to share her experience and knowledge, as well as to gain new knowledge and inspiration from children. "Books from our childhood help us understand ourselves and the world around us, and the best books become our friends for life. After all, the most important books in a person's life are children's books!"
